In October 2017, Philly’s Carson Wentz solidified his status as the 2017 MVP front-runner. Philadelphia quickly took the lead in the second half of their matchup with WFT.

Wentz took the NFL by storm and led the Eagles to their 34-24 win against the Washington Football Team. Wentz recorded 17-25, 268 passing yards, four touchdowns, and 63 rushing yards.

The Washington Football Team clinched the 2020 NFC East title after defeating the Philadelphia Eagles, 20-14.
